- Minimum Term - This agreement is for a minimum term of 30 days.
- Club Access - Access to all Movement Health Clubs subject to reasonable use policy. Excludes Reformer classes.
- Ongoing Agreement - This agreement is an ongoing agreement and will continue until the facility or the customer terminates it.
- Cancellation - There is no cancellation fee. Cancellation requires 30 days notice.
- Suspension - Max 3 months suspension allowed in any 12 month period. Minimum term is extended by suspensions.
- Fees - No Joining Fee. No Direct Debit Fees. No Suspension Fees. A Payment Dishonour Fee of $10 is charged for each dishonoured payment.
- Access Tag - Members must Check-in with their own Access Tag at every visit. 0% discount off Access Tag for Flexi memberships.
