12M DD - Reformer
$80.00 Fortnightly by Billing
- Minimum Term - This agreement is for a minimum term of 12 months.
- Club Access - Access to all Movement clubs subject to reasonable use. Includes Reformer classes.
- Ongoing Agreement - This agreement is an ongoing agreement and will continue until the facility or the customer terminates it.
- Cancellation - Cancellation within the minimum term incurs a cancellation fee of $150. Cancellation requires 30 days notice. Memberships cannot be suspended during the notice period.
- Suspension - Max 3 months suspension allowed in any 12 month period. Minimum term is extended by suspensions.
- Fees - No Joining Fee. No Direct Debit Fees. No Suspension Fees. A Payment Dishonour Fee of $10 is charged for each dishonoured payment.
- Access Tag - Members must Check-in with their own Access Tag at every visit. Access Tag $25.
